2016 has been a busy year for Sariba and for several of Sariba's customers. At the end of the year, it is gratifying to see that we will achieve both our growth and performance targets, and with this as a background we are looking forward to our further development.
Digitalization both challenges and offers new opportunities for HR and for how employees can perform better. In our daily work, we meet organizations that take an active stance on digitalization and challenge us to help them take the next step in their development. It's a challenge we gladly accept!
This year, Sariba has both taken and increased its presence in various arenas. We have established regular webinars to provide inspiration and professional refreshment, and we have launched a dedicated expertise area on the website called "Insights", where we share thoughts, reflections and knowledge. We have been actively present in various professional arenas (including SBN, HR Forum, SAPSA and 600 Minutes) because we believe that value for our customers is created through interaction.
To succeed with our deliveries, we have taken on 5 new, skilled colleagues. We set the same course in 2017, and expect even more exciting assignments and new challenges. Our goal is to help our customers create even more value in their HR processes.
Together with my 33 great colleagues at Sariba, I thank you for your trust and cooperation over the past year. We wish you a wonderful and relaxing Christmas season and look forward to embarking on the next year together with you. We believe 2017 will be an exciting year with positive signs, and we are optimistic about a future where we believe HR will play an even more central role in Norwegian businesses.
