If the company is part of the IA scheme, the employee can use self-certification for a total of 24 days within 12 months. Many find it challenging to follow up on this 12 months back in time on a rolling basis.
We have developed a method for this in Time that we can put in with those who want it.
The solution is based on an absence quota that is created automatically in time evaluation from 2 months after the employee date. It will at all times show the correct balance for the last 365 days, and no more self-notification will be registered if the quota has been exhausted. Each employee will only have 1 quota of this type, regardless of the year.
When setting up the solution, you choose a date for how far back the system should sum up self-notification days. Time evaluation must then be run again for all employees from this date.
