Bane NOR chooses Sariba as a partner and supplier and SAP SuccessFactors as a comprehensive HR solution, as they now take HR processes and the company into the future. The project, which is already underway, will cover the following areas:
- Recruitment and onboarding (induction program)
- HR Core data and administration
- Course management and competence management
- Staff development and succession planning
- Workforce planning
- HR management dashboard and reporting support
A cloud-based HR solution based on the latest technology
3,500 Bane NOR employees will have access to SAP SuccessFactors from the summer of 2021. This is a cloud-based HR solution built on the latest technology. By putting the employee experience at the center of the entire employee journey, Sariba assists Bane NOR in their digital efforts. The goal is to offer a comprehensive solution. The solution will cover recruitment, onboarding, HR core data, talent management, learning and HR analytics. The fully integrated solution from SAP SuccesFactors will make everyday life easier for employees, managers and HR. In addition, a number of external parties will benefit from excellent training opportunities. This will be achieved by accessing learning via the LMS (Learning management system).
The solution will of course be available on a mobile app for all employees. By enabling administrative tasks such as updating employee data, applying for vacation, and exploring learning materials to be performed on mobile, the new solution will both simplify and improve employees' workday. SAP SuccessFactors will also automate and simplify several processes for HR and managers. Among other things, creating job postings, making changes to organizational data, as well as recommending talent and potential successors, will be carried out quickly and efficiently in the user-friendly interface.
SAP SuccessFactors will help Bane NOR to spend more time on value-adding tasks and less time on time-consuming, repetitive tasks. The goal is that Sariba and SAP SuccessFactors will contribute to very good employee, manager and HR experiences at Bane NOR.

When Bane NOR was choosing a supplier of the HR system for the future, they emphasized that Sariba, by offering SAP SuccessFactors , offered a simple and intuitive system, a system that is easy to learn, efficient in use and robust in error situations. They also emphasized that Sariba has both the expertise, project methodology and delivery capacity needed to take Bane NOR into the future.
