Dear all Sariba's customers, partners and followers
I would like to thank each and every one of you for an exciting and eventful 2021. You challenge us in Sariba, which makes us grow. You cheer on us, which makes us finish in style. You are concerned about compliance, which ensures that we do everything according to the book; and all of this is an incredibly important part of our success.
2021 was also a different year. We thought the pandemic was over, but it was not. We reopened the offices and then closed them. But despite the fact that the year has been different, 2021 has also been a good and exciting year for me and us in Sariba.
Among other things, we have gained momentum, invested and jumped into the Swedish market. We have done this because we believe that the expertise we have does not stop at the national border. I think we have a lot to offer the Swedish market, and we have therefore strengthened the team with a number of skilled Swedish colleagues. We have also become official SAP Partner in Sweden , something I am very proud of, and which I believe emphasizes how right our investment in Sweden is. Our desire is ultimately to realize our vision "Managers and employees who get more, processes and systems that make it possible".
Another important step we in Sariba have taken in 2021 is to fully invest in our strategy "customer for life". With this as a backdrop, we have developed the business unit Customer Excellence . Customer Excellence's task is to support all our customers when the implementation project is completed, to ensure further development of all our customers' processes and solutions.
During 2021, several exciting customers have chosen us in Sariba as an implementation partner . We appreciate this enormously, and we are pleased to be able to work with just you, to put in place the very best processes and solutions.
During the year, we also expanded the Sariba family with 17 new employees! Of course, I am both proud of and happy about this. The fact that so many talented people want to work with us, and to be involved in developing Sariba in the future, is something I am very grateful for.
We have conducted a customer survey, and in it everyone answers that they will recommend Sariba further as a supplier. This is a great vote of confidence - thank you very much! On behalf of the whole of Sariba as an organization, I promise that we will do everything we can to live up to this and that we will continue our ambitious work in 2022.
Although we are very happy with 2021, we will still focus on improving and developing in 2022.
