Merry Christmas

2022 is drawing to a close, and the time for reflection is here. I am sitting here with a number of thoughts about the year we have soon put behind us, but also about the time to come. 2022 has been a rich year, a year of contrasts. It both started and ends with Corona, but the pandemic affects our lives completely differently now in December than it did in January. The year started with us rejoicing that the pandemic was coming to an end, but was suddenly marked by international unrest. The year started with a home office and isolation, but ends with a form of hybrid everyday life; the new normal.

Gratitude

As I sit here today, I feel a sense of gratitude. A gratitude that I work at Sariba; a brilliant company in constant growth, with the world's best customers, partners and colleagues. A gratitude for being able to work in the exciting and important field that HR actually is.

To make a difference

At Sariba, we are committed to making a difference in the workplace for both employees and managers. Our role, as HR specialists, lies at the intersection of HR and technology, an intersection that really adds value and is extremely important. I feel that Sariba holds an important key, a key that enables society to develop employees in their particular workplace, and at the same time help managers in their everyday work.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in particular for an exciting and content-rich 2022. All our customers, partners and followers are helping to challenge us at Sariba: you expect us to deliver, to develop and to grow. And it is precisely these expectations that lead us to do exactly that.

Another year of growth

2022 was another year of growth for us, and it has been a good and exciting year for me and for all of us at Sariba. We have developed our product and service portfolio with new partnerships, which we do in order to provide all our customers with everything they need within HR and all the support needed to maximize their success. In 2022, we are proud to have partnered with both Qualtrics and Workforce Software.

Welcome to you who are a new customer

We at Sariba are now present in both Norway, Sweden and Spain, and regardless of geography and location, a number of exciting customers have chosen to join the #Saribafamily, including Den Norske Kirke , Nordic Choice , Elopak , Statkraft , KLP and Hudson Group . Of course, we greatly appreciate this, and we are delighted to be able to work with you in particular, to put the very best processes and solutions in place.

29 new employees!

During 2022, we have also expanded the Sariba family with a total of 29 fantastic and skilled employees! Of course, I am both proud of this and happy about it. The fact that so many talented people want to work with us, and to help develop Sariba in the future, makes me extremely grateful.

For us at Sariba, our employees are our most important resource, and we are therefore keen to contribute to the development of the workforce of the future. In order to really do something about this, we have entered into an active collaboration with Kristiania University College and we have also launched our annual trainee program . Right now we have 6 super talented trainees in place at our office in Granada. They are professionally very strong, and have already certified themselves in this field SuccessFactors . This is simply very impressive!

No laurels with us

Although we are very satisfied with 2022, we see no reason to rest on our laurels, and we will have a continued focus on both improvement and development in 2023.
