Good summer! Summer is just around the corner and on that occasion, our general manager, Lionel, has written a summer greeting in which he summarizes the first half of 2022.

Sariba's growth continues

We ended 2021 with a high pace and good results, and we have taken this with us into 2022. During the first 6 months, we have expanded the Sariba family with 10 new, talented colleagues. We are constantly growing, and we look forward to welcoming even more new colleagues in the second half of the year. Development takes place in the various geographical areas where Sariba is present, ie in Norway, Sweden and Spain.

In addition, we have worked with both Kristiania University College and the University of Granada to contribute to the development of students, while we want to recruit good people for the Sariba family in the future.

As HR partners and advisors to our customers, we see a clear need to reduce complexity in our customers' HR and payroll processes. To achieve this in the best possible way, we have expanded our product portfolio with several new products, such as SAP Qualtrics, Workforce Software and Litmos. In this way, we ensure that our Nordic customers have access to the best solutions the market has to offer within HR.

More customers are choosing Sariba

It is gratifying to see that more and more customers choose to become part of the Sariba family when they choose our solution, Sariba People Centric. This year we have had the pleasure of welcoming, among others, the Norwegian Church and Nordic Choice. With Sariba People Centric, they get access to an excellent HR solution, based on SAP SuccessFactors , and best practices for digitizing HR and payroll processes.

More Employee Central Payroll live

After SAP SuccessFactors localized payroll for Norway and Sweden, we have had the pleasure of implementing several Employee Central Payroll projects. A number of our customers are already live and are now running their payroll processes on SAP 's payroll solution in the cloud.

Customer for Life - the core of our work

For us at Sariba, we work continuously to be relevant to our customers; we call it Customer for Life . Our goal is for customers to want to have a collaboration with us that lasts long after the project is completed. This is the backdrop for all the work that takes place in our Customer Excellence department. We want our customers to experience a holistic customer journey - from the onboarding of a project, through the entire project and so on into Customer Excellence, where management and further development takes place. We work actively to maintain good relationships, we have a high focus on customer satisfaction, and we want our customers to get the most value from the platform they have chosen.

The summer holidays are now just around the corner, and we all deserve to take a break. For us at Sariba, July means holiday cancellations, but take it easy: Sariba Customer Excellence is open all summer, and all our customers will be taken care of. We are looking forward to the summer that is here, at the same time as we look forward to the autumn, which is already filled with positive news.
