A new summer lies ahead, and for most people it means vacation and time with friends and family. Sariba Support is open this summer, but we encourage all our support customers to submit their cases as early as possible so that we can resolve as much as possible before the holiday process begins.
The first part of 2017 has been eventful for Sariba, with many exciting projects and challenges. We see that cloud solutions within HR are becoming increasingly relevant to support HR digitalization initiatives, aiming for better performance in terms of more efficient processes and stronger performance. Sariba is actively working on such solutions and we will continue our intensive plan to develop expertise in such cloud solutions.
At the same time, we find that a number of other topics within HR are attracting attention, includingEmployee Experience and the new data protection law that comes into force in May 2018.
Sariba's vision "people who get more, processes and systems that make it possible" is more relevant than ever, and we look forward to supporting, lifting and further developing our customers further in 2017. We try to draw inspiration from different environments, and this year we have been given a unique opportunity to share thoughts and experiences together with Gro Hammerseng-Edin.
We want to share as much of our expertise as possible in different areas, and this spring we had the opportunity to share valuable insights in Ledernytt about conflicts in Norwegian workplaces. We hold free webinars on an ongoing basis, and have already published several of this fall's webinars on our website. More will be added on an ongoing basis - save the dates and enjoy! This spring, Steinar and Bjørn have also shared their thoughts and knowledge about HR as a competitive advantage and digitization of HR in video format. Two short minutes and you are rich in new knowledge!
Sariba continues its development, and two new consultants start after the holidays. Together with our nearly 33 great and committed colleagues, I thank you for trust and good cooperation so far this year. All of us at Sariba are proud of our customers and businesses with whom we have dialogue, and feel privileged to contribute positively to their development. You challenge us and inspire us every day!
