When Pearl HXM became part of Sariba , we not only gained skilled and pleasant colleagues, we also gained new, forward-thinking and exciting customers.
One of these customers is Martin & Servera , a customer who has just implemented SAP SuccessFactors Learning. The implementation came as a result of a clear need: they wanted to gather all learning and all courses in one place. In addition, learning is a strategically important area for Martin & Servera, so choosing a good learning platform was important.
Martin & Servera had already taken advantage of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , but had no learning platform. With SAP SuccessFactors Learning, they now have a solution that serves as their hub for learning and development, and is an important strategic step in their focus on developing their employees.
With SAP SuccessFactors Learning has given them the tools they need to strengthen their skills, create an overview and ensure continuous development of their employees.
The project was delivered by our new colleagues from Pearl.
