About Sariba

Sariba AS is a Norwegian-owned consultancy that makes a living by making everyday life easier and better for employees, managers and those who work in HR. We do this by delivering products, services and advice within HR strategy, HR processes and HR technology.

We have been doing this since we started in 2000 and this year we can proudly say that we have two decades behind us where we have done just that. We specialize in SAP HXM and SAP SuccessFactors and has one of Norway's most competent environments in these areas. We are actually so good at SAP that we have been named this year SAP Partner, 2 years in a row! Since we started, we have grown in size, locations and the type of projects we take on. The Sariba family consists of 52 dedicated, professionally skilled and committed colleagues based in Norway, Sweden and Spain.
After 20 years of helping Norwegian leaders and employees achieve more, we established ourselves in Sweden in 2019. In June 2021, we signed a reseller agreement with SAP Sweden, an important milestone that marks our presence in the Swedish market.

The background to our geographical expansion lies in our desire and goal to help more companies develop. For over 20 years, Sariba has been a pure player with a dedicated focus on HR, primarily in Norway. We see that the expertise we have built up does not stop at the national border, and that we have a lot to offer the Swedish market. This is where you come into the picture. About you

  • You preferably have a higher education in HR or IT
  • You have at least 4 years of work experience, preferably from sales of system solutions such as SAP , SuccessFactors , Oracle, Workday or similar
  • You understand the connection between system and process
  • You have good oral and written Swedish and English skills
  • You like and are good at presenting
  • You are good at communicating and have a good tone with all types of people
  • Initiative, curious, proactive and self-motivated are words that describe you
  • You have a high work capacity
  • You handle a high level of activity and several tasks in parallel
  • You are structured and systematic
  • You are positive and work well with others

Tasks

We can promise you that the working day in Sariba is both exciting and varied. However, we have summarized some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

  • Initiation of sales processes.
  • Works with sales processes in the CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Represent Sariba at events and fairs

You in your new position

In your role in sales, it is important that you have the ability to understand a potential customer's needs and challenges. Based on this, it will be your task to show how (and why) Sariba's solutions are the answer, as well as what benefits the customer has in mind. We are looking for you who take on a challenge immediately, and who really grow outside the comfort zone. We are looking for you who are independent, take initiative and are full of courage. In addition, it is important to us that you are structured and able to have many balls in the air, without losing focus.

As Sales Manager , your main responsibility will be to nurture both existing customer relationships, as well as to form new ones.
