Protan chooses Sariba: The Norwegian industrial group Protan is a world leader in membrane technology. Protan has its headquarters in Drammen and over 750 employees in 15 countries. Protan develops and manufactures membranes, roof systems, ventilation systems and technical textiles to the whole world. Protan has a turnover of more than NOK 1.4 billion a year.

For almost 80 years, Protan has developed innovative and tailor-made solutions adapted to a global market with local needs, and not least an increasingly demanding climate. To manage this and at the same time handle the growth the company is experiencing, they need to be at the forefront of technology, environment and competence - also on the HR site.

A clear need was therefore defined for a good and flexible HR tool that can support the development and operation of the HR processes, both within Talent Development, HR Masterdata, and Time, payroll and Travel. The choice has been made and Protan chooses Sariba and our HR offering based on the SAP SuccessFactors platform and PeopleDoc.

Prior to the project, Protan had worked extensively on goals for employees at all levels, and increased focus on people, development and learning was a common desire. This preparatory work created a common understanding that digitized HR processes would support the goal of faster HR transformation and more efficient administrative processes and transactions, and contribute to Protan becoming an international group - "One Protan".
