Sariba Consulting AB announces today that the company has entered into an agreement for the transfer of business HR -consulting business from Pearl Group . The transfer will take effect on September 1, 2025, and means that both customers and employees within this business area will become part of Sariba.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Sariba's position as a leading player in HR -advice and SAP solutions in the Nordics. By integrating Pearl Group's HR consultants and their expertise, Sariba will be able to offer an even broader range of services and increased capacity to existing and new customers.
