Sariba is fast-growing and we are looking for an SAP Workforce Software Consultant – Solution Lead to join our project team, either based in Norway, Sweden, Spain or fully remote from one of our countries.

When joining Sariba as SAP Workforce Software Solution Lead Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing project team. We drive digital innovation for leading organisations counting on their technology partner.
What are you expected to do? Well, in a nutshell, you will implement and manage SAP Workforce software for our customers and also participate in building and improving our team on Workforce Software.
In the role as SAP Workforce Software Solution Lead Consultant, you will:
- You will be our subject matter expert and main point of contact for SAP Workforce software related inquiries and developments.
- Participate in developing a strong team within the Workforce Software solution.
- Participate in various SAP Workforce software implementation projects.
- Working with the project manager and project team; you will be the solution lead on end-to-end SAP Workforce software implementation projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Together with internal stakeholders ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with new releases and updates, and proactively share knowledge and suggest improvements to the solution.
Who are you?
To thrive in the role, you will need to have a track record of delivering successful SAP Workforce Software projects as a solution lead consultant or a technical or functional lead for Workforce Software projects. You also have a good understanding of relevant HR processes and technology. Excellent consulting skills where communication and interpersonal skills is highly appreciated.
Our work language is English, and it’s therefore required fluency both written and spoken.
Experience in similar role(s) and with SAP Workforce software is required for this position.
Your educational background may be diverse with major in Human Resources, Tech/IT, Engineering or similar.
