Sariba is a fast-growing company, and we have a lot of exciting customers. To take care of, and further develop these, we are happy to see that we need to expand our team with a new (and motivated) Key Account Manager .

We imagine that you have 3-5 years of relevant work experience and that you are ready for new and exciting challenges, in a good and hectic working environment. We also think that you have a relevant education and that you are passionate about the same things we are: great customer relations, brilliant sales processes and HR technology. If you think we're wrong about your background, we're of course open to that - you'll just have to convince us.

What will you be working on with us?

As an important part of Sariba's sales department, you will have the pleasure of working with a small bouquet of dedicated colleagues. Our sales processes are exciting, challenging (and sometimes intense), but they are also filled with joy and great collaboration, both internally and externally. We think you will have an important role that will consist of, among other things:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your key customers
  • Be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets from your assigned accounts
  • Identify and exploit opportunities for growth and additional sales with existing customers
  • Understand your customers' needs, goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve long-term partnerships with your customers
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor market development and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Negotiate contracts and prices in line with Sariba's policies and objectives

We think this describes you and your background (we could be wrong, of course):

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales and key account management, ideally within HR technology, ERP or IT.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with proven success in achieving sales targets and managing complex business relationships
  • Good understanding of the sales process and key account management.
  • The ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers at different levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and insights to develop strategies and initiatives
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience of using CRM systems and sales technology (we use HubSpot)
