Sariba AS is a consultancy that lives by making everyday life easier and better for employees, managers and for you who work within HR. We do this by delivering products, services and consulting within HR-Strategy, HR-Processes and HR-Technology.

We started up in 2000 and this year marks our 24th anniversary. We are, of course, very proud of that. We can honestly say that over the past two decades we have gained valuable in-depth and broad experience in the HR field. We have been part of the entire digitization journey and are therefore familiar with the challenges this has presented, as well as the enormous gains those who have participated in the journey have reaped.

Sariba family

The Sariba family currently consists of over 115 unique colleagues, and we are constantly growing. We employ consultants, consulting managers and project managers. Some work with sales, others with finance and administration, and together we are a good mix of different people who complement each other very well. You can find us in Norway, where we have offices in Oslo and Stavanger, in Sweden and in Spain, where we have offices in Madrid and Granada.

In 2024, we received the SAP Innovation Partner of the year award. This is an award that is highly regarded in our industry, and one we are very proud of. We are of course SAP Gold Partner, SAP Service Partner, SAP SuccessFactors Partner and SAP VAR Reseller.
