Sariba AS is a consultancy that lives by making everyday life easier and better for employees, managers and for you who work within HR. We do this by delivering products, services and consulting within HR-Strategy, HR-Processes and HR-Technology.

Sariba was established in 2000, and we therefore have more than 25 years of experience. We are of course very proud of this. We can honestly say that during these years we have gained valuable depth and breadth of experience in HR -subject. We have been part of the entire digitalization journey and therefore know the challenges this has presented, as well as the enormous benefits that those who have participated in the journey have reaped.

The Sariba family

Team Sariba currently consists of over 100 unique colleagues, and we are constantly growing . We have consultants, consultant managers and project managers. Some work in sales, others in finance and administration, and together we are a good mix of different people who complement each other very well. You can find us in Norway, where we have offices in Oslo and Stavanger, in Sweden and in Spain, where we have offices in Madrid and Granada.
