The payroll solutions of the future are cloud-based, and with this as a backdrop, SAP has developed ECP - Employee Central Payroll. This is a solution based on the safe, robust and well-known engine of SAP payroll , which is good news for anyone choosing a new payroll system. But how does it affect you if you already have SAP payroll onprem?

At some point, all onprem customers should, or will, move their solutions to the cloud. Fortunately, this is easier than it may sound. Thanks to several of our skilled partners, such as SpinifexIT and EPI-USE Labs , there are now SAP -certified tools for just this, where you simply move your solution into the cloud. It's called lift and shift, and we are more than happy to help you get started.

Net salary

Many people experience net pay as both extensive and complicated, and it is very often a solution that is followed up manually. With Sariba's net salary solution, we take you away from your manual routines and let the system do the calculation for you. Sounds great, doesn't it? 

The solution is suitable for those who have employees with an agreement on guaranteed net salary, where you as an employer take responsibility for tax, and where equal net payout is provided for all 12 months of the year.

It all takes place by registering fixed pay, as well as fixed and variable supplements as net amounts in the payroll system. The payroll engine then calculates the total net salary to gross salary for you. In this way, you can rest assured that the result is correct and that your employees receive the salary they are entitled to.

A little more detailed:

The conversion is done by calculating an addition i payroll , a so-called up-grossing. This amount is just large enough that a tax deduction, according to Norwegian tax rules, will bring the employee back to the starting point - the given net salary. As an employer, you take full responsibility for covering and paying Norwegian tax. Sariba's net salary solution works equally well for foreign employees in Norway, as for Norwegian employees who work abroad for a longer period of time.
