We who work in sales and marketing at Sariba juggle a lot of balls, and to make sure we don't lose any of them, we are now expanding the department with a newly created junior sales position. With us, you will be part of the really good sales and marketing team of one of Norway's most competent SAP partners - in fact, we are so good that we have been named SAP Partner of the Year three times!

We imagine that you are at the start of your career in sales, or that you have a few years' experience. We also think you have a relevant education and a passion for the same things we do: really good sales processes, marketing that sings, and HR technology. If you think we're wrong about your background and where you are in your career path, we're of course open to that - you'll just have to convince us.

What will you be working on with us?

As an important part of Sariba's sales department, you will have the pleasure of working with sales, within B2B! Our sales processes are exciting, challenging (and sometimes intense), but they are also filled with joy and great collaboration, both internally and externally. We think you will have an important role in assisting our Sales and Marketing Director in her daily work with, among other things:

  • Proactively identify and contact potential customers to present our products/services and build long-term relationships.
  • Actively participate in sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the market
  • Develop and maintain Saribas CRM systems (we use HubSpot) for effective follow-up of sales activities
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to demonstrate Sariba's products/services
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services, industry trends and competitors

We think this describes you and your background (we could be wrong, of course):

  • You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or related fields (can of course be replaced with relevant experience)
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • You have a passion for sales and want to develop within this field
  • You have (of course) the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • We would love it if you have good organizational skills and can keep many balls in the air at the same time
  • If you have experience using CRM systems and sales technology, we'd love to hear from you
  • You must have the ability to build trust and good relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • On top of that, if you have strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive insights and improve sales strategies, we're sold!
