With operations all over the world, the shipping company Höegh Autoliners is reliant on managing HR in a way that works across national borders. The election fell on a HR Cloud Solution, and Sariba got the trust as an implementation partner and adviser.
HR challenges are many and complex with a global player like Höegh Autoliners, and flexibility, availability and the ability to make adjustments to the many processes were crucial. Sariba won with a SAP SuccessFactor platform that includes Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development modules, On Boarding, Learning and Recruiting. The solution will be implemented during the winter of 2017 and spring 2018, giving Höegh Autoliners the opportunity to digitalize and simplify their HR processes globally.
