Inspiring autumn for Sariba
In recent weeks, we at Sariba have had the pleasure of attending a number of major professional events: It started with the SBN conference at the end of October, followed by the HR Forum and SAPSA Impuls 2016 in November.
At this fall's events, we have participated both as a speaker and with a stand, and have had the chance to meet customers and partners in arenas with common interests. High on the agenda are HR-related processes and employee development. Norwegian top managers have an increasing focus on this in order to realize the strategy in their companies.
The digitalization of HR and creating more skilled managers and employees have also been important focus areas at this autumn's events. The aim is to
- Make the conditions for managers and employees to do their best
- Develop a HR function to meet future challenges - now
- Streamline HR processes to provide a better employee experience and reduce costs
- Establish smoother HR processes and systems
Thank you to everyone who visited our stand, shared their challenges with us, provided us with new knowledge and good input. We take this with us in our work to deliver even better solutions and services within HR.
