On 22 June, new rates for travel allowances for both home and abroad were adopted with immediate effect. In addition, changes were made to the regulations that apply to the calculation method for meal deductions and coverage of expenses for food for journeys that last throughout the day. The changes affect everyone who uses SAP Travel.
Worked at SAP was implemented as soon as the changes were made known, and at the time of writing the note with the changes is almost ready. Exactly when it will be released, we unfortunately do not know, but the work is a priority at SAP .
To ensure that your SAP system takes care of the new rules, the note must be implemented, and changes must be made to the system layout.
