Last week, Sariba's three departments set their sights on Budapest and this year's HR-Lab. On the agenda were a number of different topics, and the goal was to create new, cool and exciting solutions for the benefit of our customers.
Beforehand, all employees had been allowed to make wishes on topics they wanted to work on, and 6 different groups were set up as follows:
- HR Transformation
- SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SAP Shift planning
- Solution for partial sickness absence
- Paycheck and time slip in PDF format
- Project methodology SAP Activate
During the stay, there were heated discussions, creative work, development of new methods and setup of new solutions in SAP .
In the evening, the atmosphere was also good and good food and drinks were consumed. Friday evening was spent at a local cooking class, where we learned how to cook Hungarian food, and then cooked our own dinner. The food was good, but we are probably better at HR processes and SAP than in the kitchen J. Some of us also managed to see a lot of the city before we went home on Saturday.
In short, we can say that we Saribas HR-Lab 2016 provided great collegial experiences, professional refreshment and new and exciting solutions that we look forward to showing you.
