Our colleague, Siri Jensen , was this week certified in the SuccesFactors module Performance & Goals .
SuccessFactors Performance & Goals is a user-friendly and powerful tool that empowers managers to actively contribute to the development of their staff. At the same time, HR is able to support managers in their coaching work. The structured and user-friendly tool for follow-up of performance and appraisal reviews allows managers and employees to take an active role in self-development and goal achievement. This by providing an overview of activities being worked on and goals being worked towards.
Siri certified in SuccessFactors
To be certified in SuccessFactors is a comprehensive process. Sariba's newest colleague has taken the task seriously and worked both hard and purposefully. The fact that Siri came straight from her studies and into Sariba should prove to be a huge advantage and Siri has benefited greatly from her study techniques. This, together with the assistance of highly skilled colleagues, has led to Siri now reaching the goal of certification. Siri is certified in SuccessFactors and ready to help Sariba's customers.
Siri herself can report that she is looking forward to working independently and to be able to configure the solutions in accordance with the customers' wishes, requirements and needs.
