About Sariba

Sariba AS is a Norwegian-owned consultancy that lives by making everyday life easier and better for employees, managers and those who work within HR. We do this by delivering products, services and consulting within HR-Strategy, HR-Processes and HR-Technology.
We have been doing this since we started in 2000, and we can proudly say that we have over two decades of doing just that. We specialize in SAP HXM and SAP SuccessFactors and have one of Norway's most competent environments in these fields. In fact, we are so good at SAP that we have been named SAP Partner of the year, 2 years in a row! Since we started, we have grown in size, locations and type of projects we take on. About you

- You are structured and systematic

- You naturally have good social skills and work well with both customers and colleagues
- You are a team player and are of course good at getting teams to work optimally together
- You can handle a high work pace and don't get stressed when you have a lot of balls in the air
- You are an agile problem solver with a positive attitude
- You have good oral and written Norwegian and English language skills
It is also important for us that you can quickly familiarize yourself with both new and unfamiliar issues. If you have experience with payroll projects, SAP SuccessFactors projects and in addition have sufficient professional knowledge to be able to contribute with process consulting and solution discussions within HR, you are probably exactly the person we are looking for!

You in your new position

As a project manager at Sariba, you will be part of a professionally strong team. It is therefore very important to us that you are passionate about the HR subject and that you (like us) know that a HR solution is important, not only for the HR department, but for the entire company! With this in mind, your tasks will consist of:
- Project management - from A to Z
- Project management
- Process consulting
- You will also assist both customers and consultants in process and solution design
