Competence enhancement and maintenance are a high priority for Sariba's consultants. Each quarter, they certify and re-certify themselves on a variety of solutions and modules.
This applies to, among other things SuccessFactors the modules. The certifications mean that the consultants stay up to date on everything that happens, and know what will come in the next quarterly release, in this way we ensure our customers optimal competence and the opportunity to use new functionality as quickly as possible.
One of our skilled SucessFactor consultants is Marit Søderberg:
- One of the most important things in the previous update was Continuous Performance, a completely new functionality that has been added to the Performance Management module that is included in Performance and Goals . It works independently of the device, and provides the opportunity for continuous feedback from the manager if you think the employee conversation is too infrequent.
