We at Sariba want to thank all our customers and partners for a fantastically exciting 2017 – without you we would never have gotten to where we are today. Thank you for challenging us on advice, solutions, support and project execution. This helps us continue to be a proactive provider for the future.
In the past year, we have strengthened our Cloud initiative by
- expand our portfolio with new products like PeopleDoc and Concur Travel
- develop our sick leave follow-up solution(known as Care) in the cloud
- certify several of our consultants within SuccessFactors
Several customers have shown confidence in these areas, including Höegh Autoliners and Lundin Norway.
The developments in Cloud do not mean that Sariba stops focusing on consulting and SAP HCM. This year, several customers have chosen Sariba to develop their HR processes: At DFØ, we have assisted with the development of new apps, and JM has digitized its HR processes.
We aim to become the natural choice for our customers in the development of their HR processes, by implementing and improving their HR solutions with the main focus on quality, competence and service at all levels. We have ambitious goals here, and many customers already report that Sariba is actively contributing to their development. We really appreciate that!
In 2017, we have had an intense programme of webinars,lectures and presentations at various conferences to share expertise and experience in our field. Our academic activities are becoming increasingly popular, and in 2018 we will continue our commitment to competence sharing through seminars, blogs and social media. We are very grateful for feedback on the activities we produce, and would like to have new activities and improvements.
All customers who have answered our customer survey for 2017 say that they would recommend Sariba further as a supplier. It's a great vote of confidence – thank you very much! On behalf of all of Sariba as an organization, I confirm that we are doing everything we can to live up to this.
Although we are very pleased with 2017, we will continue to focus on improving and developing in 2018. Here, all our customers and partners play a very important role, and I look forward to having you on your journey.
