How do your employees receive their paycheck today?

The way companies make pay and time slips available to their employees is many. Several of the methods are both outdated and cost-effective, and the need for renewal can certainly be present. Several companies still send pay and time slips by mail while others send them unencrypted by e-mail. Some make the releases available in an employee portal while others again use an app for their employees.

Sariba has developed a functionality in SAP which allows you to automatically send out payroll and time slips to your employees. This can be done fully automatically for all or parts of the business, or it can be done partially automatically as part of the payroll process. The email is sent encrypted and the attachment (pay slip or time slip) can only be opened with a password. It is up to the company to choose whether you want to use the employee number or social security number as a password.
