Have you seen SuccessFactors new home page?
Ever since SAP SuccessFactors saw the light of day, the HR solution has been groundbreaking, innovative and modern; we will actually claim that it has always been ahead of all its competitors.
With its new and redesugned home page, SuccessFactors takes another giatn step into the future. We could not have been more excited, and we look forward to sharing it all with you! The new home page is of course dynamic and provides a unique experience for both employees and managers. The design is intuitive, individualized and engaging.
A lot has happened since the new design was introduced, and although some minor details still can be improved, we believe it's time to switch it on. In this way you will get an insight into what this will mean for your particular SuccessFactors system . The new home page will be mandatory for everyone, shortly after the release in May 2022. Our advice is to take control and be prepared.
We could not have been more excited, and we look forward to showing it all to you!

Brand new features on the SuccessFactors home page
Welcome Banner - This is a configurable background image that you can use to reflect your business brand
'Quick cards' - This is a set of dynamic shortcuts, designed to streamline the working day of the users of the system. Here you get access to reminders and favorites - straight from the home page. The cards are based on system configuration and accesses.
'For you today' - shows tasks that have are due or are outstanding, and other content that is relevant to you. For a manager, this can show the upcoming birthday of team members, a work anniversary, or a task in compensation planning.
Approvals - Here you get an overview of dynamic workflow approvals for processes, across the various modules in SuccessFactors . Some approval cards can be approved or rejected directly from the website - convenient, right?
Organizational Updates - Displays custom content for organizational updates created by administrators in your organization. Custom cards can be made visible to specified audiences or times. Currently, there are 12 tiles shown in this section, but this will be increased in future releases.
Surveys - If you use Qualtrics, you can add employee surveys to this section. You can also add a link to another system vendor. If you do not use Qualtrics, we think you should talk to us about this, as this is an excellent solution for employee engagement.
Administrators can now configure the order of the custom cards, disable the banner image at the top, and turn on and off specific speed-action cards.
What should you do with this information?
Our clear recommendation: do not wait until the deadline! By activating the new functionality in the test system now, you have plenty of time to get to know what this will look like, and how this will affect your organization's everyday work. In this way, you will get insight into how SuccessFactors new home page looks and how and what you should prepare for.
Once you have upgraded to the latest version of SuccessFactors new home page, we would also recommend you to create a specific group of users that you want to give access to.
