A-message - a customer's perspective

It is approaching a year since the A-message was put into use by Sariba's customers. In this connection, we had a chat with Marianne Krybelsrud at Rockwool to hear how she thinks the transition to an electronic everyday life has been. Marianne has worked with payroll at Rockwool for over 20 years and thus has both valuable experience and expertise in the area.

What do you think the transition to EDAG has been like?
"I think it has exceeded all expectations.

What do you experience as the biggest changes?
"Overall, I think the process has become easier. Reporting, tax and employer's National Insurance contributions, as well as reconciliation are both faster and easier than before. The fact that sickness reimbursement results in automatic deductions in employer's National Insurance contributions is also a major change.
I expect the annual report to be both easier and faster this year, which I am very happy about and look forward to.

What have Sariba's consultants assisted you with in the introduction of EDAG?
"Sariba's consultants have been responsible for the whole set-up, including the mapping of payrolls.

Have you received good help in error situations?
"Yes, I would definitely say that!" We are very pleased with the help from Sariba. I would particularly like to highlight the help I have received from Sariba's consultant Hilde, we have had very good chemistry from the start!

Do you find that the submission of the A-melding is proceeding correctly?
"Yes, it's going very well. We have delivered flawlessly within the deadline every month, which we are very pleased with.
