Do you love payroll?

I guess everyone does - but do you love working with payroll? We do! We also claim that we work with the world's best payroll system, namely SAP payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

We know that payroll is a separate profession, and that it takes time to become good at it. We also know that consulting is a separate profession - and that you need training in this too - if you are to become really good.

If you know payroll, and want to immerse yourself in SAP payroll , while learning the consulting profession, we have an excellent opportunity for you.

You can now become part of the #Sariba family's own salary branch, the #Salary Family. We'll give you the time you need - and a unique training program. With us, you'll have the opportunity to grow, develop and flourish - we'll simply give you the chance to be really good - with us.

We want to invest in you. We want to develop you. We will train you, and we will give you the tools you need to become a brilliant payroll consultant in the #Payroll family.

This is what you get as part of the #WageFamily

As part of our SAP payroll consultant trainee program, we simply give you what you need to become really good. You will receive a basic introduction and training in SAP payroll and Employee Central master data.

Included in the training is an in-depth course in SAP payroll for Norway, and a certification in Employee Central Payroll. Once this is in place, you'll get to sit alongside some of our experienced payroll consultants; you'll see what they do and how they work - you'll simply get the opportunity to take the pulse of a really exciting and content-rich payroll day. And then, when you're ready, you'll get to solve tasks yourself while having an excellent mentor to support you.

Along the way, our experienced consultants will give you a basic (and good) training in the consultant role itself. This ensures that you feel confident and comfortable when you start your first assignment.

As you can see, we're willing to invest a lot in making you the best you can be. We simply give you the opportunity to get really good at payroll in SAP - together with your mentors. You'll go straight into a permanent job, with exciting tasks and a unique and robust skill set. We focus on developing each individual's skills continuously and are keen for everyone to keep getting better and better, whether you're just starting out or have been with us for many years.

The Lønns family is characterized by a unique culture of competence and sharing, and not least a warm and inclusive team spirit.

Who are you?

Yes - who are you? We can't wait to find out, but we assume that you have either studied payroll/economics and administration, and/or have a few years' experience in payroll. Maybe you work with payroll in a HR- or a payroll department? Maybe you work with payroll? Perhaps you've even worked with payroll system technology in another payroll system?

You communicate well in Norwegian, but also know enough English to be able to communicate with your colleagues in Spain.

What we do know is that we are looking for people who think that payroll is a really exciting subject, a subject you would like to learn more about while also enjoy developing yourself. If you also have a technical interest and would like to learn more about how SAP payroll works. Then you might be just the person we're looking for.

One profession - 2 possibilities

If you become part of the #Lønnsfamily, you will have more development opportunities internally with us. That's because the people who work with payroll at our company work in two different departments.

Project

In Sariba's project department, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects. Our project consultants are involved in the entire project, from A to Z. That is, from the very first meetings with the customer, where the solution is drawn up, to setting up the solution, to testing, and finally handing it all over to our customer quality department, Customer Excellence.

The job mainly involves setting up the system to suit each customer's needs. It is therefore important to know the regulations relating to payroll, be good and clear in your communication, and also have a good dose of technical interest.
Some days you will sit together with the customer in workshops, other days you will dig into the details of the solution. You must therefore be able to combine seeing the big picture with focusing on details. It is important to know the payroll profession and the regulations related to this, and it is also important to have an interest in keeping up to date. payroll MUST be right. That's why the details are so important.

We also have projects that involve supporting a customer in their tasks, providing them with training or assistance with their daily tasks related to payroll.
In our project department, you will have the opportunity to meet new people, customers and challenges - often. This is the department for those who like variety and excitement, and who thrive on new people and new customers.

Customer Excellence

Customer Excellence is our customer quality department - and the department that takes over customers when the project is completed. Customer Excellence offers our customers support in the form of follow-up of submitted cases, as well as further development and improvement of the solution.

In Customer Excellence, you will have overall responsibility for "your" customers, and these are customers you will eventually get to know well. It is therefore important that you enjoy developing relationships, and that you enjoy both knowing and helping people.

In Customer Excellence, you'll find that everyday life consists of security in your tasks, but also a good dose of variety. Security in the form of knowing your customers well; variety in the form of not always knowing what tasks the day will bring. Some days will consist of complex tasks where your technical skills and payroll expertise will be tested. On other days, you'll be given tasks that can be relatively easy to solve, giving you a quick sense of mastery. You may also be responsible for holding status meetings with your customers. How often these are held depends on each individual customer and their needs. Some want a lot of help - others want a little, both are of course fine. The aim of these meetings is to ensure that the customer's solution is working optimally, while also providing tips and advice for improvements.

What's right for you?

We'll find out together which direction and department suits you best. Common to both is that you must have a desire to develop within payroll, a desire to work with different and exciting customers and a desire to master the consultant role.

If you like a combination of a fixed framework and variety, then a job with us is for you. If you would like to work in a company where you get to collaborate with incredibly talented people, both colleagues and customers, then a job with us is for you. If you would like a job where you can help shape your own everyday life through flexible arrangements, then a job with us is for you.

Who are we?

We know that payroll is so much more than just money in an account. We know this because we have worked with payroll for over 20 years, and because we are truly passionate about the payroll profession.
Sariba AS is a consultancy that lives by making everyday life easier and better for employees, managers and those who work in HR. We do this by delivering products, services and consulting within HR-Strategy, HR-Processes and HR-Technology.

We started up in 2000 and this year marks our 23rd anniversary. We are, of course, very proud of that. We can honestly say that over the past two decades we have gained valuable in-depth and broad experience in the HR field. We have been part of the entire digitalization journey and are therefore familiar with the challenges this has presented, as well as the enormous benefits that those who have participated in the journey have reaped.
We bring all the experience we have gained into our work, and we are more than happy to share our knowledge with our customers.

Today, the Sariba family consists of more than 80 unique colleagues, and we are constantly growing. We employ consultants, consultant managers and project managers. Some work in sales, others in finance and administration, and together we are a good mix of different people who complement each other very well. You can find us in Norway, where we have offices in Oslo and Stavanger, in Sweden and in Spain, where we have offices in Madrid and Granada.
