Net salary

Many people experience net pay as both extensive and complicated, and it is very often a solution that is followed up manually. With Sariba's net salary solution, we take you away from your manual routines and let the system do the calculation for you. Sounds great, doesn't it? 

The solution is suitable for those who have employees with an agreement on guaranteed net salary, where you as an employer take responsibility for tax, and where equal net payout is provided for all 12 months of the year.

It all takes place by registering fixed pay, as well as fixed and variable supplements as net amounts in the payroll system. The payroll engine then calculates the total net salary to gross salary for you. In this way, you can rest assured that the result is correct and that your employees receive the salary they are entitled to.

The conversion is done by calculating a miscellaneous charge in salary, a so-called upswing. This amount is just as large as a tax deduction, in accordance with Norwegian tax rules, will bring the employee back to the starting point – the given net salary. As an employer, you take full responsibility for coverage and payment of Norwegian tax. Sariba's net wage solution works just as well for foreign workers in Norway, as for Norwegian workers working abroad for a long period of time.
