Solution to limit provision for holiday pay in the event of illness

NAV reimburses holiday pay for up to 48 days per year in the case of illness, and up to 60 days per year in the case of parental leave. In order to avoid setting aside holiday pay beyond the periods NAV will refund, the individual employer must create their own absence codes to distinguish between e.g. sick pay with and without holiday pay.

Sariba has now designed a solution where this is no longer necessary. When the limit of 48 or 60 days is passed, the solution ensures that the allocation of holiday pay is paid payroll during sickness and maternity leave is stopped automatically.
