HRDigital trends, digital tools and digitalization of processes are at the very core of what we do at Sariba. On March 14, we participated in the conference HR Tech, an annual conference organized by HR Norway.
In addition to the latest technological solutions for HR, the focus of the conference was on how to remove routine administrative tasks to make room for strategic tasks related to HR. The conference consisted of plenary lectures, sub-sessions and nano lectures.
The agenda included:
- HR Tech digital trends: What opportunities and challenges does this HR feature bring?
- Artificial intelligence has made its way into HR: What opportunities does this offer you?
- What can we learn from the experiences of others in implementing digital tools in HR?
- What is the role of HR in supporting a digital transformation?
These are areas we at Sariba work with on a daily basis, and we were therefore in our right element at Scandic Fornebu this Thursday in March.
Our sales director, Steinar Sabbasen, eagerly gave a nano lecture on the topic of Sariba People Centric. Sariba People Centric is Norway's first certified HR package solution in SuccessFactors. At the exhibition square we were represented by my own stand. Here we held a live demo in various modules in SuccessFactors . In addition to Steinar, our talented colleague, Marit Søderberg, exhibited at our stand. From here, there was a report of great interest in, among other things, the learning module in SuccessFactors , and that the simple and intuitive interface impressed many of those who stopped by.
By putting learning into the system, your company will get better business results, increased productivity and better competitiveness. Organizations that embrace learning as part of their corporate culture outclass their competitors both by attracting the best talent and achieving stronger results. Employees are put at the center of the learning process and by combining the role of teacher and student, employees will more quickly develop skills and gain insight. This increases both productivity and motivation.
At our stand, a competition was also held.
The lucky winner of a smart speaker from Sonos was Ane Elstad Nordli from KLP Kommunal Landspensjonskasse. She found the answer to how many packages Sariba's solution, Sariba People Centric, consists of.
From HR Tech we take with us many pleasant meetings, with both new and existing acquaintances, as well as newly acquired knowledge about the latest technological solutions for HR.
