Summer vacation is knocking on the door, but before we put on our sun hats and settle down with a shrimp sandwich and a glass of something good, it's time to take a look in the rearview mirror. What has actually happened so far in 2023? That's what our CEO, Lionel Layerle, has taken the time to reflect on.

SAP Partner of the year - for the third time!
The year starts in the best possible way for us at Sariba, as we were named SAP partner of the year - for the third time! And what an honor that was. This award is a culmination of all the work we at Sariba put into the customer journey - from marketing and sales, to all the phases of the project, and finally to the delivery in our customer quality center, Customer Excellence. I'm so proud of what we've achieved - and grateful that all our work is being noticed.
Greater visibility in the Swedish market
Since entering the Swedish market in 2019, we have worked hard and purposefully to increase our visibility and presence in this particular market.
It was therefore with an extra large dose of pride that we could announce that our HR package solution , Sariba People Centric, is also certified for Sweden. Sariba People Centric is a modular and flexible solution, based on SAP SuccessFactors . The solution is now both approved and certified by SAP, as the first HR package solution in Sweden.
Our Marketing and Sales Director Cecilie Eckhardt had the following to say about the big news:
"This is a great day, not only for us at Sariba, but also for the Swedish market. The fact that we now have a pre-packaged HR solution adapted to the Swedish market should delight Swedish HR departments, from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south. Sariba People Centric Sweden should also excite companies located in both Norway and Sweden. Our solution ensures that duality across borders is maintained. I must also say that I am both impressed and proud of the work the product department at Sariba has done to put this in place."
So we continue to grow in Sweden, both in terms of customers and colleagues - which pleases me.

We're proud every time a customer chooses us, and this year we've had the pleasure of taking on several exciting customers in different industries. What they all have in common is that they have chosen a HR solution that will take their employee journey several steps into the future - and we think that's really cool.

We're also growing on the employee front. And we're proud of that. Every time a new colleague chooses to become part of the Sariba family, it's a feather in our cap because it confirms that we are an attractive employer in purely professional terms. But it's also a confirmation that what we do when it comes to building culture - it works!

The summer vacation is knocking on the door and many of us are looking forward to a few relaxing days with family and friends. Some are going abroad, others are taking lazy summer days at home.
