HR Forum 2018 - The human factor. Sariba had a strong presence at this year's HR Forum, which took place in early November at Scandic Fornebu. With our own stand manned by three dedicated Sariba representatives, we met both old and new acquaintances. Our competition, which was to find out how many package solutions Sariba has, was very popular. All participants had the correct answer (which, by the way, is 10) and the winner was therefore chosen by drawing lots.
The theme of this year's HR Forum was 'the human factor'. It is about how the qualities of responsibility, ethics and relationships cannot be digitized. Skilled speakers, both national and international, talked about how to benefit from the interaction between technology, people and business, the human factor is very important. You cannot rely solely on an algorithm to guide employees in the right direction.
The human factor
