Network meeting
For several years, Sariba has organized network meetings for SAP HR and SuccessFactors users in the Stavanger region. The reason for the network meetings is to create an arena for knowledge sharing and networking for those who work with SAP HR and SuccessFactors in the same region. Time is set aside to discuss issues and challenges that arise in a busy working day. In addition, experiences, tips and good advice are shared. Every year, Sariba brings some of its leading experts to the event, so that we can also contribute our professional expertise and presence to the discussions. The agenda varies from time to time, but the program is that we at Sariba inform about the latest news from SAP, as well as about what is happening with us. Time is also set aside for both mingling and exchange of experience, all this over a good and pleasant breakfast.
SAP HR and SuccessFactors in Stavanger
The last network meeting of the year took place on November 28th. The participants who attended got to hear our experienced colleague, Tor Flugsrud, talk about news and changes in SAP payroll . Tor gave the attendees an update on upcoming changes to the sickness reimbursement solution. He also talked about the effects the municipal merger will have on SAP In addition, Tor talked about how we must deal with personal identification numbers with different dates, and he gave the participants the latest news about both the unemployment notification and support packages at the end of the year.
Since the last network meeting, Sariba has had the pleasure of hiring several new consultants, both in Stavanger, Oslo, Spain and Sweden. Those attending the network meeting were able to say hello to our two new Stavanger-based colleagues, Elena and May Lise. Our colleague Marita Johansen gave the participants the latest news from Sariba , before she talked about the latest news from SAP which deals with payroll in the cloud.
payroll in the cloud for Norway
As many know, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for Norway launched in November. This means that it is now possible to run payroll in the cloud in SuccessFactors This is good news both for those who have SAP HR Onprem and those who consider SuccessFactors seam HR system. With this as a backdrop, Marita presented the SAP herself thinks are the top 10 reasons to use this solution, before she went through how this will both look and can be done in practice. This part ended with a demo of Payroll Control Center.
