SBN – a summary. On 15 – 16 October, the SBN conference was held. Several of our employees participated and welcomed visitors to our own stand. Two of our skilled consultants also gave lectures. It was very nice that so many people stopped by the stand, had a chat and participated in our competition. This year's competition was to find out how many package solutions Sariba has. To those of you who wondered, the answer is 10.

Intelligent Enterprise takes HR into the future
Marita Johansen spoke about Intelligent Enterprise and how the interaction between the right technical platform, technology such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, as well as having all data in the same system, will help take HR into the future.
Machine learning, digital assistants and voice-controlled systems are already a reality, as demonstrated in this talk.
Marita also went into the importance of the new developments for, among other things, Norwegian solutions and needs in time and payroll. SAP has stated that HR now becomes the heart of their system solution and when both SAP Successfactors and SAP on prem are moved to the S/4Hana platform, you will be able to see connections, extract analyzes and report across different modules in a completely new way. Managers will no longer have to deal with many different systems when all information is in one place, namely SAP SuccessFactors .
Payroll Control Center provides a better overview of the payroll process
Neman gave a lecture at the Payroll Control Center. It's a new solution that gives payroll managers and payroll managers a new user experience related to administration and support in the payroll process. Payroll Control Center will allow you as a user to efficiently control a complete payroll process while producing high-quality results quickly and efficiently. After the review, we got to see a demo of what Payroll Controll Center looks like and what new and exciting functionalities exist.
