The summer holidays are just around the corner, but before we put on our shorts and sandals and turn on the absence report in Outlook, it's time for a quick look in the rear-view mirror. Because what has really happened at Sariba so far in 2024? Our CEO, Lionel Layerle, has taken the time to reflect on this.
SAP Innovation Partner of the Year - a new milestone!
2024 got off to a fantastic start for us at Sariba when we were named SAP Innovation Partner of the Year in January! This prestigious award is a fantastic recognition of the innovative work we do at Sariba; from marketing and sales, through all project phases, to the deliverables in our Customer Excellence center. I'm so proud of the team's efforts, and grateful that all the work we've put in is actually being noticed.
Continued growth
In January, we reached another milestone when employee number 100 became part of the Sariba family. It's great to see how we're growing and how the organization welcomes each new member of the Sariba family, regardless of whether our new colleague is in Norway, Sweden or in Spania🗺️
Every new colleague is proof that Sariba is an attractive workplace and that Sariba is a good place to work. We are 100 unique people, who together make up a large and rich family. We have room for everyone, and everyone can be themselves - just as they are. I saw this with my own eyes at Sariba's summer party in Granada, where almost all employees were gathered. What a group with brilliant people 🫶
New major customers in both Norway and Sweden
So far this year, we have had the pleasure of welcoming several major customers. In Norway, we have welcomed Salmar and Norsk Gjenvinning, and in Sweden, our subsidiary Sarec has signed an important payroll outsourcing contract for three Orkla companies.

Summer vacation is just around the corner, and many of us are looking forward to a few relaxing days with family and friends. Some are going abroad, others are taking lazy summer days at home. Wherever you choose to spend the month of July, I wish you a very happy summer - may it be filled with everything you want - and ice cream🍧
