Process review of SAP HR solution

Does your SAP HR solution cover the necessary HR processes? It is a good idea to do a review!
To ensure that the SAP HR solution you have set up covers the required HR processes, you may want to do a review of the system based on the processes.

The processes are reviewed and it is checked out whether there is sufficient system support where needed. The focus will be on checking whether there are parts of the processes that have unnecessary manual tasks or spend a disproportionate amount of time. Then there are big gains from automating, as it frees up time that can be used for other things.

Many companies have systems that were implemented to support processes other than those they currently have, or that the company has changed scope m.m. and thus has different needs than when the solution was implemented. Then there may be a need to make corrections. This is often not something you think about on a daily basis, as you quickly get used to how things work. Then there may be a need to get some outsiders to look at the solution with them.

In other words, the processes that should be focused on are those that are either time-consuming, manual or otherwise in need of improvement. Once the processes have been reviewed, a meeting should be held to discuss the findings and choose between alternative actions where appropriate. The idea is that the process review should identify what needs to be done and not necessarily describe all the processes for HR. This is a faster and thus cheaper approach than reviewing the whole configuration in detail.
