With Sariba's solution for travel and expense reimbursement, both the employee and the company are taken care of.
In your business is SAP travel implemented to support the entire travel process from the time travel is initiated, approved by the manager for payment and government reporting. Here we will focus on how to improve registration for the employee by making small adjustments, which require little configuration. These small changes add value to the entire travel process and not least the user experience.

Travel form

Many people find that they have a travel system that allows for incorrect registration, which in turn delays approval and makes the payment processes take longer. This causes unnecessary irritation among both employees and the travel administrator. The reason can be as simple as not having set fields as mandatory in the registration picture in the various travel forms.
This is a minor job of changing the characteristics of the various fields, which will quickly lead to improvements in the registration picture.

By default, most fields are set to the default presentation, so if necessary, you can specify a diverging presentation that can either make the field invisible, indicate that it is ready for input, that it must be filled in (required), and enter a suggestion value. This is possible for almost all fields in the travel form, with small restrictions based on SAP's standard where regulatory requirements are met.

By implementing the changes, the travel system will only ask for relevant information, which in turn provides a smooth registration process of general data and individual documents in order to comply with current legal requirements.

Help texts / information message
In the employee self-service interface (Web Dyn pro interface) there is also the possibility to post help text/information messages to the employee during registration of travel and expense refunds. This will help the employee and help ensure that information is registered correctly the first time.
